Application of Continuous Quality Improvement to Reduce Neurosurgery Power System Corruption Rate

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the continuous quality improvement management method in the application of reducing the rate of neurosurgery power system corrupted. Methods Held special sessions with relevant personnel of neurosurgery power system regularly, and adopted continuous quality improvement methods to retrospectively analyze the reasons of 62 cases of neurosurgery power system corruption. According to the 80/20 rule, reasons come from the insufficient training of doctors and nurses, as well as flawed maintenance processes. As a result, we take improvement measures and evaluate improvement effect.ResultsApplication of continuous quality improvement method makes the neurosurgery power system corruption rate reduce to 7.2% from 23%.ConclusionApplication of continuous quality improvement management method improves the management quality of neurosurgical power system for safe use.
