Abstract:Objective To build medical emergency team treatment and transfer platform and achieve
dynamic management of medical treatment in peacetime and wartime. Methods Through researching
the operating management model of medical emergency team in peacetime and wartime, using central
processing unit card as the medium, treatment process data were collected with radio frequency
identification devices technology and integrated with dynamic material management system to achieve
dynamic management of drugs, supplies and blood use in the process of rescuing the wounded.
Meanwhile, improving the existing photographic mode to realize post-digital collection and sharing
of textual and graphic files during rescue process. Results Medical emergency team treatment and
transfer platform has the characteristics of standardization, intelligence, mobility and convenience, and
support the stand-alone and network dual mode operation. Conclusion This platform provides accurate
information technology support for rapid medical treatment and is of great significance to analyze
wartime treatment scheme and improve medical service support capability.
