Abstract:Objective To verify the feasibility of real-time monitoring of pulmonary hemorrhage by Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) technology and to provide reference for clinical research of pulmonary hemorrhage. Methods Firstly, biological experiments (experimental pigs) EIT technology intrapulmonary blood injection experiment was conducted to simulate human pulmonary hemorrhage. Then, hemorrhage in the respiratory impedance signal was recorded by Butterworth filter and filtered out the useless respiratory impedance signal of the original data by Butterworth filter. Finally, through the analysis of Origin Pro software of injection volume and bleeding area of the region of interest (the relative value of the maximum amplitude of blood injection is no less than 20% of its value area) after treatment and amplitude correlation. Results Butterworth low pass digital filter (5 order) were designed by adopting the IIR method and treated with 0.15 Hz low pass filter, respiratory impedance signal was well suppressed. There was a positive correlation between bleeding area and amplitude of bleeding volume. Conclusion EIT based real time monitor of the pulmonary hemorrhage is feasible, which indirectly improves clinical diagnosis and treatment rate of pulmonary hemorrhage, and provides reference for clinical research of pulmonary hemorrhage in the future.
