医院等级评审及管理的持续改进对平均住院日的影响研究

摘要平均住院日是全面反映医院管理水平的重要指标。本研究通过对医院13个科室在等级评审前后的平均住院日进行分析，探究通过等级评审，医院在核心制度落实、围手术期管理、流程管理和信息系统建设等方面的持续改进对缩短平均住院日的积极影响。

Abstract：Average length of stay is an important index of hospital management. The study analyzed the average length of stay of 13 departments in the hospital before and after the accreditation. It also explored the positive influence of continuous improvemenst on the average length of stay from various aspects, such as execution of core systems, perioperative period management, process management and information system construction.
