Abstract:Objective To realize medical image intelligent services in the network cloud and image
observation, post-processing, report writing, printing, medical record review and image data cloud mass
storage, wide area network connections via the intelligent terminals (such as computers, mobile phones,
tablet) so as to provide efficient transfer of image data for clinical departments, emergency departments,
emergency operation and remote patient services. Methods The medical image data was automatically
uploaded to the network cloud server, or docked with HIS (Hospital Information System) and PACS
(Picture Archiving and Communication System) ports so as to achieve communication terminal
connections by using computer, mobile phone, tablet and other tools. Results Mobile reading was
realized, which made it convenient for physicians to read image data and case information in the hospital.
Home and during travel by using computer, tablet and mobile phones. The mobile electronic inspection
system was realized to provide easy-to-carry electronic films for patients and complete the remote
consultation. Conclusion The cloud mass storage, browsing image or electronic cases in intelligent
terminals, remote consultation, discussion and remote assistance, and remote report writing provided
patients with electronic film services. As long as there was a network, case consultation and report
writing were available at home and during travel, which was time-saving and convenient for patients.
