本文设计了一款睡眠呼吸远程监测系统,以帮助睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者进行日常的家
庭保健或日常监测。首先基于LabVIEW虚拟软件平台开发应用程序,采用基于浏览器/服务器
(Browser/Server,B/S)的网络模式实现远程监护和控制功能,然后通过模拟仿真实验采集人
体的阻抗信号及血氧饱和度进行系统测试验证。结果表明,该系统能够准确地读取患者生理参
数,并实现远程监护。该系统不但能帮助医护人员远程监测患者的睡眠呼吸状况,还能为社区
医疗或家庭护理提供一种新的诊断模式。
Abstract
A remote sleep respiration monitoring system was designed in this paper to help patients
with sleep apnea syndrome for household healthcare or daily monitoring. Firstly, the application was
developed based on the LabVIEW virtual software platform, which used the B/S (Browser/Server)
network mode to realize remote monitoring and control functions. Then, the system was tested and
validated by acquisition of human impedance signal and blood oxygen saturation in simulation
experiment. According to the results, the system could accurately read the patients’ physiological
parameter data, and realize the remote monitoring functions. The system not only can help medical
personnel in remote monitoring of patients’ sleep conditions, but also can provide community health
care or home care with a new diagnosis model.
