Abstract:This paper introduced the working principle of Cyberknife spine tracking system and analyzed the typical problems exsited in the tracking and positioning process of thoracic vertebrae by using the spine tracking system. Then corresponding solutions of the problems were proposed. This paper also pointed out that the reasonable selection of CT central position and region of interest was important for the improvement of the treatment accuracy of Cyberknife during the formulation and implementation processes of treatment plans.
