Abstract:Objective In response to the problems of manual operation dependency and lag, as well as inefficient surgical connection
in the current surgical patient transfer platform transfer process, to improve the surgical flow process of the surgical patient transfer
platform. Methods Combined with the intelligent bracelet with bluetooth low energy technology and personnel positioning system,
the model of kernel density estimation was used to estimate the average length of operation, so as to improve the surgical flow
process of the surgical patient transfer platform, and the validity of the model was verified. Results After the application of the
improved surgical transfer platform, the delay rate of the first operation and the connecting time of the operation decreased by 6.2%
and 8.0 min, and the daily average anesthesia utilization rate and the daytime operation utilization rate increased by 6.9% and 6.4%,
all the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion By using the improved surgical patient transfer platform, the
operation connection efficiency of the operation room is higher, the operation scheduling is more intelligent, and the operation room
efficiency can be effectively improved.
