Abstract:Objective To solve the problems of difficult management, difficult decision-making and inaccurate statistical analysis of
medical and health materials, to build an efficient, real-time and dynamic emergency medical materials management system.
Methods Radio frequency identification, internet technology and artificial intelligence were used to realize the whole process
management of medical materials from warehousing, delivery, viewing, monitoring and analysis, which could break through the
limitations of the traditional material management mode. Results The system realized the management and allocation of materials
during the normal periods or epidemic periods, and improved the efficiency of material management. The time required for warehousing
was shortened from (1.53 ± 0.21) h to (0.92 ± 0.11) h , and the time required for delivery was shortened from (1.74 ± 0.19) h to
(1.13 ± 0.12) h, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusion The system realizes the informatization and
intelligent management of emergency materials, and provides supports for responding to all kinds of public health emergencies.
