Abstract:Objective To design and develop an intelligent heating and pressurizing infusion device, realize the integration of heating
and pressurizing infusion, significantly improve the efficiency of infusion treatment, and improve the success rate of treatment of
patients. Methods The intelligent heating and pressure infusion device was composed of two parts: pocket and control box. Through
hardware design and software programming, the main control unit took STM32F103C8 micro-controller as the core, adopted
diaphragm pump to realize the pressure on the pocket. The temperature control was realized by the closed-loop control mode of
the proportion integration differentiation controller, and the self-made heating module was used to improve the heating efficiency.
Two lithium battery special charging management chips were used to realize the liquid level alarm through the photoelectric sensor.
Results The test results of the intelligent heating and pressure infusion device showed good performance, which could maintain the
liquid temperature and keep the temperature continuously during the liquid infusion. The pressure range was 150-300 mmHg, which
was selected by pressing the pressure control button and the pressure adjustment button. The power supply device had the function
of electric storage, which could store 8-10 h of electricity. The alarm device of liquid surplus could achieve an effective alarm.
Conclusion The intelligent heating and pressurizing infusion device designed and developed in this study has the advantages of
simple and portable, integrated heating and pressurizing, dynamic monitoring of liquid surplus, effective prevention of air embolism,
etc. Which can not only quickly replenish circulating blood volume, reduce the occurrence of complications in patients, effectively
improve the success rate of rescue, but also easy to operate, medical staff can master its use method with a little training. It is suitable
for emergency, operating room, intensive care unit and other clinical departments.
