Abstract:Objective To build an integrated scientific research reagent procurement platform, to fully improve the efficiency of
scientific research reagent procurement and realize the whole-process supervision of scientific research reagent procurement.
Methods Based on the current situation of the procurement of scientific research reagents in public hospitals, the system hierarchical
architecture, service-oriented architecture and the technical architecture of central authentication service unified authentication,
Redis unified cache, and ElasticSearch unified search were adopted to design the hospital’s scientific research reagent procurement
platform. And the purchase management time and purchase price of scientific research reagents before and after the launch of the
platform were compared and analyzed. Results After the launch of the platform, the inquiry time of scientific researchers, the
time of scientific research reagents entering and leaving the warehouse, the time of scientific research reagents reimbursement and
settlement, and the daily working time of procurement management personnel were significantly shortened, and the differences were
statistically significant (P<0.05). The purchasing price of scientific research reagents was significantly decreased, and the difference
was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The establishment of scientific research procurement platform is the development
trend of scientific research in large public hospitals, which plays an important role in promoting the development of scientific
research innovation and improving the efficiency of clinical scientific research.
