Abstract:Objective To improve the ability of hospitals to normalize the practice of tertiary hospital review standards to guide
the daily work and improve the self-management level of hospitals, to construct the information system for hospital standardized
review management and discuss its practical effects. Methods Based on the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Evaluation
Criteria for Tertiary Hospitals (2020 Edition), the daily work standard projects of each department were sorted out, the project
informatization processes was designed, and five modules including quality control, training and assessment, review management,
archive management (knowledge base) and indicator platform were built. Results Compared with the traditional work mode, the time
consuming of the information management system in management projects of quality control, training and assessment was greatly
reduced, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001); the rate of pathogen detection before antibiotic treatment and
the removal rate of surface pollutants from environmental objects were significantly improved, and the differences were statistically
significant (P<0.001). The archives in the information system could be updated and consulted at any time, which reduced the cost of
office consumables. Conclusion By constructing the informatization processes of standardized review, the daily work and review
mode can be automatically switched and closely connected, which reduces management costs, improves management efficiency, and
promotes the high-quality development of public hospitals.
