Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of improved two-dimensional code technology in the chain management
system of operating room in view of the low management efficiency. Methods This study constructed the overall architecture of
the chain management information system of operating room based on the management function of two-dimensional code. The
radio frequency identification (RFID) technology was introduced, and the two-dimensional code embedded with RFID tags was
designed. The supporting functions and management steps for two-dimensional code recognition were also designed to improve the
application effect of two-dimensional code technology in the chain management information system of the operating
room. Results The experimental results showed that the design method displayed the information of surgical equipment effectively.
The maximum data storage cost was 0.5 Bytes, the equipment loss rate was only 0.02%, the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection
and the qualified rate of equipment packaging were both above 80%. Conclusion The data storage cost under this method is
relatively low, and the statistics and query of surgical equipment can be carried out accurately, which improves the efficiency of
operating room management.
