Design and Implementation of An Implantable Human Communication Chip

Abstract:Objective To achieve wireless communication between humans and external devices by implanting the chip into the
human body, to propose a design and implementation scheme for an implantable human communication chip. Method Firstly, we
proposed a miniaturized and low-power communication chip, which integrated functional modules such as communication module,
processor, analog power supply, and digital power supply. It adopted a highly integrated silicon wafer manufacturing process to
meet the requirements of implantable applications. Secondly, we proposed an effective energy supply scheme that provide power
to the chip through long-distance wireless charging technology, thereby extending its lifespan. Finally, we verify the correctness
and feasibility of implantable human communication chip design through simulation and testing. Results Simulation experiment
results showed that the implantable human communication chip could communicate stably with external devices, and could realize
the functions of data transmission and reception. At the same time, the chip had the characteristics of miniaturization, low power
consumption and high integration, could work stably inside the human body, and could obtain the required energy through wireless
charging technology. The chip back test showed that the functional test met the design expectation. Conclusion Through this
research, we have successfully designed and implemented an implantable human communication chip, providing a new solution
for wireless communication between humans and external devices. It has great significance for applications in the medical field,
biological monitoring, and human-machine interaction, and is expected to provide new possibilities for the future development of
implantable human communication technology.
