Abstract:Objective In order to improve the perceived efficiency and depth of tacit knowledge in massive medical records, and to
improve some shortcomings of the medical record informatization mechanism, to propose a machine learning based tacit knowledge
discovery model for medical records. Methods Firstly, a massive medical record tacit knowledge feature data pool was formed that
fused pre training sets and post test sets; then constructed a holographic perception mechanism for the hidden knowledge features
of massive medical records in positive chronological order; finally, an autonomous recognition decision-making mechanism based
on implicit mapping between feature sets was constructed to identify implicit correspondence between specific diseases and other
collaborative diseases. Results The Department of Medical Records of Danzhou People’s Hospital in Hainan Province was selected
as the carrier for clinical application practice evaluation. Engineering practice evaluation and clinical statistical analysis were
conducted on the model. The results showed that the accuracy rate of tacit knowledge perception of medical records was 98.62%, and
the accuracy rate of tacit coordination was 97.71%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The model in
this paper has obvious advantages in the tacit knowledge perception efficiency, perception accuracy, perception depth, and clinical
practicality of medical records, and provides case data sets for unstructured data mining in the field of medical records.
