Abstract:The use of energy decives such as high-frequency electrotome and ultrasonic cutting hemostatic knife in minimally
invasive surgery improvs the technical efficiency of minimally invasive surgery, but also brings various risks. Reducing intraoperative
bleeding, peripheral tissue injury and operation time is the key to the sustainable development of energy surgical equipment. From
the perspective of safety and effectiveness of surgical energy equipment such as thermal effect, histological injury, vascular sealing
ability and cutting speed, this paper discussed the technical characteristics and clinical risks of high-frequency electrotome and
ultrasonic cutting hemostatic knife. The development trend and application prospect of the next generation technology of surgical
energy equipment were also prospected. It aims to promote the research and development of domestic innovative medical devices and
promote the innovative application of hybrid integrated surgical energy platform based on technology integration.
