Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of intelligent information platform in critical value management, and promote
the construction of medical quality informatization under the background of “Internet +”. Methods Through opening up the hospital
business system by the hospital service bus, following the standardized information integration standards, a smart message platform
was established, which provided a unified information push service for third party call. Taking critical value management as an
example, the real-time reminders throughout the whole process of key links such as early warning, reporting, and feedback were
realized relying on this platform. A total of 440 critical value reports of hospitalization examinations from 4 clinical departments were
selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to whether the access platform was available or not. The
t test was used for empirical analysis of the application effect. Results The time-consuming of report publishing, nurses receiving,
result feedback and the whole process of reporting in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group, and the
difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). The receiving time of the experimental group was lower than that of the control
group in the Department of Cardiology and Respiratory Medicine, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001), while the
receiving time of the experimental group in the department of cardiacsurgery and thoracic surgery was not statistically significant
(P>0.05). Conclusion The application of the intelligent information platform realizes the real-time and precise management of
critical values, which has a positive effect on improving reporting efficiency, strengthening process supervision, and improving
medical safety.
