Abstract：Objective To realize treatment information in the process of patient treatment of the appointment, whole process recording
and closed-loop management based on the microservice architecture, and to realize the individuation design of each treatment
subsystem according to the characteristics of each department. Methods This paper used the microservice architecture of Spring
Cloud to split the actual functions into independent microservice units for cluster deployment. Docker container technology was used
to design and connect the sub application verification interfaces of various departments according to the unified verification scheme,
and finally the hospital integrated treatment platform was realized. Results The platform realized the unified supervision of the
treatment business of each department, and the closed-loop management and treatment appointment, and met index requirements for
electronic medical record and intelligence service in the construction of intelligence hospital. Since the system was launched after 6
months, the number of patients’ data recorded on the platform has reached 158426, and the number of structured records of treatment
items has reached 362533. Among them, the completeness of the treatment execution records of patients in various departments has
reached more than 95%. Conclusion The platform can realize appointment, process recording and closed-loop management, which
has obvious advantages in application reliability, convenience and ease of use, and greatly improves the work convenience and
efficiency of medical staff.
