Abstract:The common faults of color Doppler ultrasound include abnormal start-up of equipment, frequent error reporting in
the process of use, partial function loss of equipment, etc. The summary of maintenance methods can provide guarantee for fast
and accurate maintenance of color Doppler ultrasound. Taking Philips IU22 color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument as an
example, two cases of abnormal initialization of ultrasonic equipment were summarized in this paper, one of which was the failure
of normal guidance caused by software fault, another example was the crash during startup caused by hardware failure. In view of
the above two cases of faults, this study combined the methods of replacing parts, routine inspection, step-by-step elimination, and
parameter adjustment to determine the fault point, and finally eliminated the faults by reinstalling the software system and replacing
the power supply battery. The maintenance method proposed in this study can help engineers quickly lock the fault location, improve
maintenance efficiency, shorten maintenance time, provide guarantee for the normal operation of color Doppler ultrasound equipment
in the hospital, and improve patients’ medical experience.
