摘要随着医科达Precise医用直线加速器使用年限的增长,加速器控制区电源故障频发,降低了加速器的开机率。本文对
医科达Precise直线加速器控制区电源组成和工作原理进行了分析,针对我院加速器出现的“-15 V Ref ”连锁、“-320 V Mon”
连锁和“Main Con A”连锁的故障分析了三个维修案例,案例一和案例二通过更换12区控制区A侧电源、案例三通过更
换72区控制区A侧电源,而快速有效地解决了相关故障。本文通过维修案例的分析处理,总结了加速器控制区电源故障的
维修方法,以期为医工同行提高维修效率和设备开机率提供参考。
Abstract:With the increase of service time, power faults in control areas of Elekta Precise linear accelerator occured frequently,
which reduced the operating rate of accelerator. This paper analyzed the composition and working principle of power supply in the
control area of Elekta Precise linear accelerator. Aiming at the faults of “-15V Ref ” “-320V Mon” and “Main Con A” interlocks in
the accelerator, three maintenance cases were analyzed, which quickly and effectively solved the relevant faults by replacing the
power supplies of corresponding control areas respectively. Through the analysis and treatment of the maintenance cases, this paper
summarized the maintenance methods of power fault in accelerator control area, so as to provide reference for colleagues to improve
maintenance efficiency and equipment operating rate.
