摘要

3D打印技术在医学领域已有数十年的发展历史,是一种新兴的工业制造技术,其在医药卫生、生物医学工程等领 域发挥着越来越重要的作用。3D打印技术可极大限度地模拟人体、肿瘤及其他危及器官等的组织解剖结构或轮廓外形,制 作出合理有效的剂量验证模体,从而为治疗计划的改进、肿瘤受照剂量的增加及减少危及器官的受照剂量提供更有力的依 据,增加肿瘤的治愈率,降低肿瘤的复发率,在肿瘤治疗的临床应用上有着重大意义。本文就3D打印组织补偿模应用于个 性化放疗剂量验证中的应用现状和研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract

3D printing technology has been developing for decades in the field of medicine. It is an emerging technology of industrial manufacturing, which plays an increasingly important role in the fields of medicine and health, biomedical engineering and so on. 3D printing technology can greatly simulate the anatomical structure or contour of human body, tumor and other organs at risk, and produce reasonable and effective dose verification phantom. Therefore, it is of great significance in the clinical application of tumor treatment to improve the treatment plan, increase the radiation dose of tumor and reduce the radiation dose of organs at risk, increase the cure rate of tumor and reduce the recurrence rate of tumor. This paper reviewed the application status and research progress of 3D printing tissue compensation phantom in personalized radiotherapy dose verification.
