Abstract:Based on the analysis of common malfunctions and the corresponding quality control data of blood purification equipment, this paper found the relevance between the quality control data deviation and malfunction incidence. The quality control data of equipment with flow malfunction had larger deviation in the detection points 300 mL/min and 500 mL/min; while the quality control data of equipment with conductivity malfunction had larger deviation in the detection points 13.5 ms/cm and 14.5 ms/cm. Therefore, the deviation of quality control data of blood purification equipment could be used to perform specific preventive maintenance so as to decrease the incidence of malfunctions and improve the safety of equipment.
