Two Cases of Fault Maintenance Analysis in Lauer Water Purification System

Abstract:Water purification system is one of the core equipment of blood purification center. In this paper, two cases of fault of
Lauer water purification system were studied. The one was disability of the pressure maintenence in standby mode, the other was
damage of conductivity meter. Combined with the water purification equipment’s working principle and waterways diagram, the
cause of the fault was analyzed in depth, and finally the fault was solved by replacing the pressure regulating valve, checking the oneway
valve, replacing the debugging pressure pack, and replacing the JUMO conductivity meter. This fault reminds that engineers
need to fully understand the working principle of equipment operation, handle the problems according to the fault phenomenon and
find out the reasons of the fault to ensure the normal operation of the system, so that dialysis patients can get safe and high-quality
dialysis treatment.
