Abstract:Objective To meet the actual needs of the hospital and realize the scientific and standardized benefit management of
the hospital medical equipment, a set of medical equipment benefit analysis system is constructed. Methods The actual needs of
medical equipment managers and users at different levels were obtained through demand survey, and the system architecture was
built accordingly. Based on PostgrepSQL database, the B/S structure model was adopted as the basic network structure. The technical
architecture was divided into business system, data integration, data warehouse, data analysis platform, subject analysis and other
levels. The compatibility with the existing information system of our hospital was realized through different interfaces. Subsequently,
the built system was tested and used in our hospital, and the practicality, accuracy and running speed of the system were evaluated
subjectively and objectively. Results The benefit analysis system of large medical equipment could analyze the benefit of the
equipment from the hospital, department and individual equipment, and provide important reference data for the analysis of the
rate of return of the whole hospital and department. The system evaluation results showed that the system provided more than 480
data reference tables for the equipment department, and the effective use days were 361 days. The system had high accuracy and
fast running speed, and the expert comprehensive score was above 4.6 points. The results of the satisfaction survey showed that
hospital managers, department managers and system users satisfied with the system, and the satisfaction score was above 4 points.
Conclusion The medical equipment benefit analysis system can provide scientific data guidance for the management of hospital
equipment, and provide important reference for the introduction and rational configuration of medical equipment.
