Abstract:Objective To develop a set of non-contact calibration system for infusion pump for the COVID-19 epidemic, which
don’t need calibration operator on site to realize the following functions: data sampling, data saving, data calculation, data
management and so on. Methods Remote server was developed by easyUI that designed web program and SQLite database
was installed. Calibration operator issued operation instructions thorugh the server, and controled the action of the infusion
pump standard device through the data transmission network. The infusion pump standard device feed back the measurement
data to the remote server, which store, calculate and manage the data and display the final calculation results for the use of the
calibration operator. Results Remote calibration system for infusion pumps with multiple cocurrencies was developed and satisfied
the demands of non-contact calibration under COVID-19. Conclusion The system can realize the functions of measurement data
sampling, storage, calculation and management, which overcome the defects of the traditional measurement method, avoid human
error and greatly improve the work efficiency.
