Abstract:Objective In order to solve the problem of effective and timely dosing of critically ill patients with general anesthesia, an
ultrasonic atomization dosing control device was designed based on breathing circuit. Methods By reasonable design of the breathing
circuit, the gas from the ventilator was delivered to the patient by combining with the drug atomized by the ultrasonic atomizer.
The internal control system was used to detect the working state of the ultrasonic nebulizer and the breathing circuit, and realize
synchronous control of the ventilator and human-computer interaction. Results The design not only ensured the smooth breathing
of the patient, but also formed a local high drug concentration in the respiratory tract and lungs, which improved the efficacy.
Conclusion The ultrasonic atomization control device solves the problem of ventilation dosing for perioperative patients with general
anesthesia or patients with spontaneous dyspnea.
