Abstract:Objective To improve the satisfaction of inpatients and the service efficiency of doctors and nurses. Methods A smart
tablet device was installed beside the patien’s bed, and a self-service platform was deployed beside the patient’s bed. Results A series
of information related to education, expenses and examination results could be obtained without enough space. Conclusion Through
the launch of the platform, the inpatient experience is greatly improved, the efficiency of medical care is improved, and data support
is provided for the improvement of hospital management.
