Abstract:Objective This paper explored the structure and work principle of the pure water equipment (Pure Force ROE300) in our
hospital. The objective was to ensure the supply of high-quality pure water for the laboratory stably and efficiently. Methods Based
on the summary of the application and maintenance of the pure water equipment, the relationship between the work principle and
maintenance of the pretreatment, reverse osmosis membrane and EDI module were researched. In the maintenance and analysis of
typical cases, the factors influencing the water quality of pure water meter were studied, and the quality control and maintenance
were carried out. Results The fault rate of the pure water equipment was reduced and the maintenance efficiency for the water
meter was improved, which ensured the high quality and efficiency of the pure water supply. Conclusion Through researching the
construction principle of Pure Force ROE300 pure water equipment, the author analyzed and studied the typical faults affecting the
quality of pure water, which ensured the supply of high-quality pure water for the laboratory stably and efficiently. This results can
be used in other similar equipment.
