Abstract:Objective To understand the status quo of the “one-stop” repair service allocation efficiency and provide scientific
basis for the rational distribution of repair service resources and control of repair expenses. Methods The distribution efficiency
of the six maintenance groups before and after the hospital “one-stop” implementation was evaluated, and the data envelopment
analysis (DEA) was used in this process. Results Before the implementation of “one-stop”, the DEA of maintenance efficience
was weak efficiency in the types of hospital bed and supporting medical equipment, and the rest four categories were nonefficiency.
While, after the implementation of “one-stop”, the DEA of maintenance efficiency was efficient in woodworking class
and sickbed medical equipment, weak efficiency in the types of electrical and oxygen, and non-efficiency in the types of water
heating and air conditioning. In short, the mean value of resource allocation maintenance comprehensive efficiency, pure technical
efficiency, scale efficiency was 0.760, 0.907 and 0.837 respectively. Conclusion “One-stop” mode helps to improve the efficiency
of resource allocation efficiency and maintenance work. The logistics resource configuration of science should be paid more
attention by hospital logistics.
