Abstract:The electrosurgical instrument might cause the thermal damage of the surgical wound tissue, whereas the cryo-surgical system would result in necrosis of the wound tissue, both of which were harmful to wound healing and subsequent pregnancy. In view the problems, a low-temperature cryo-scalpel was designed for laparoscopic surgeries in this paper, which added the security sheath to the traditional surgical system. The system was integrated with multiple technologies, including positioning and introduction, expansion, anti-rotation, guidance, nitrogen input as well as accumulated fluid collection of the cryo-scalpel. Positioning of the surgical blade of the device could be performed under three statuses: replacement, work and safety, making it safe and reliable to enter and exit from the abdominal cavity. The nitrogen could promote the capillary condensation, reduce the wound bleeding, and ensure the freshness of the surgical wound tissue, which was conducive to the postoperative wound healing and subsequent pregnancy. Additionally, the device could also make the accumulated fluid in the abdominal cavity cleaned effectively so as to perfect the process of laparoscopic surgeries.
