Abstract:Myopia is a common eye disease in China, and its incidence is increasing year by year. High myopia can cause visual
damage, which is one of the main causes of blindness. Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is a non-invasive
and efficient imaging technique that can quantitatively detect changes of fundus structure and blood vessels in patients with nonpathological
myopia. It can also be used to clarify the positive effect of pathological myopia on fundus structure, especially blood
perfusion. This paper aims to review the application of OCTA in myopia treatment, and provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and
treatment of fundus changes in myopia patients.
