Abstract:Objective To establish a reasonable and reliable system of clinical effect evaluation index of visual laryngeal mask
airway, and evaluate the appearance, functional performance and visual effects of visual laryngeal mask airway in all aspects and
quickly, so as to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of visual laryngeal mask airway. Methods Firstly, the primary
evaluation index system of clinical effect of visual laryngeal mask airway was established and the questionnaire was designed. And
then the evaluation index system was perfected by two rounds of Delphi method, and the relative importance between the evaluation
indicators was calculated by hierarchical analysis. Results In this paper, a reasonable and effective system of clinical effect
evaluation index of visual laryngeal mask airway was established by Delphi method and hierarchical analysis method, including 3
first-level indicators and 18 secondary indicators, and the top three indicators of combined weight were the smoothness of larynx
position, the shifting status of larynx and the convenience of channel establishment. Conclusion The evaluation index system
established in this paper can make a comprehensive evaluation of the clinical effect of all kinds of visual laryngeal mask airway,
clarify the advantages and disadvantages of domestic visual laryngeal mask airway, and help it improve innovation and optimize
product function and performance.
