Abstract：Objective To explore the application of emergency medical service system in emergency medical scenarios. Methods Through
the integration of emergency medical management system and hospital information system, medical data sharing and business
collaboration were realized. Results By clarifying the distribution of 90% of emergency patients’ diseases and the distribution
of visit time periods, and rationally arranging medical resources. The proportion of patients who stayed less than 24 hours in the
emergency department increased from 74.39% to 82.55% from 2018 to 2019. The time period distribution has been more balanced.
Conclusion The whole-process emergency intelligent medical system has been initially applied, but there are also shortcomings.
Actively discussion and research are needed to provide suitable suggestions for the construction of the emergency intelligent medical
service system in a dynamic environment, and further promote the improvement of functional applications.
