Abstract:Objective To predict the reliability trend of Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instruments and analyze the causes of failure,
and then implement targeted measures to improve the reliability of clinical use of ultrasonic equipment. Methods The failure data of
42 medical Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instruments in our hospital from 2014 to 2018 were collected and substituted into Laplace
trend test for reliability trend prediction. The reason of equipment failure was analyzed based on fishbone diagram, so as to take
targeted measures to respond to the trend of reliability prediction. Results The trend test predicted that the reliability of Doppler
ultrasound diagnostic instrument in our hospital would be worse in 2019. Combined with the analysis results of fishbone diagram,
through the implementation of three targeted measures of quality control testing, preventive maintenance, and training management,
the actual failure rate of ultrasonic equipment in our hospital decreased significantly in 2019. Conclusion The trend prediction of
reliability in clinical use of medical equipment and the intervention of relevant targeted measures are of great significance to reduce
the incidence of equipment failure and control the risk of clinical operation.
