Research and Practice on Quality Control Detection of Multi Parameter Monitor

Abstract:Objective To improve the quality control and detection of the multi parameter monitor, improve the normal operation rate
of the multi parameter monitor and reduce the failure rate of multi parameter monitor. Methods Through manual inspection and use
of multi parameter vital signs simulator and medical electrical safety analysis instrument, 9 dimensions of “instrument appearance
and daily management, startup inspection, heart rate, respiratory rhythm, blood oxygen saturation, noninvasive blood pressure, sound
and light alarm, electrical safety of power supply part and electrical safety of application part” were tested. Results The quality
control test content of multi parameter monitor was studied, the Quality Control Test Record Form of Multi Parameter Monitor
was compiled, and the main existing problems, proportions and targeted solutions of 9 dimensions of multi parameter monitor were
summarized. From 2018 to 2020, the management index and performance index increased from 32.8% and 65.1% to 77.8% and
91.5% respectively. Conclusion The quality control test of multi parameter monitor can effectively improve the normal use rate of the
equipment, reduce the failure rate of multi parameter monitor, and improve the accuracy and reliability of multi parameter monitor.
