Abstract:Objective To design an automatic bottle changing device which can be used for serial infusion of multiple soft bags or hard bottles at the same time and controlled by floating ball valve. Methods By integrating the principle of automatic bottle changing
for hard bottles and soft bags, integrating the principle of automatic control of timely air intake and timely liquid output of hard bottles and the principle of automatic control of soft bag to stop infusion waiting. And the control principle can be automatically
selected and freely switched between the two fusion principles. Results Through modeling simulation and experimental operation, the results show that the current infusion head can open and close each channel in time after the completion of the infusion of the
previous bottle, so as to realize automatic bottling. Conclusion Float control universal automatic bottle changing infusion head has novel control principle, reasonable product design structure, ingenious principle structure, low cost and convenient use.
