Abstract：By analyzing the concrete measures and implementation effect of the practice of introducing low-value medical
consumables to the third party centralized distribution service in hospitals, we pointed out that the third-party centralized distribution
mode was of positive significance for the standardization, processing, informatization, refinement and safety of purchase planning,
procurement and distribution management and storage management. The implement of third party centralized distribution service
of low value medical consumables led to the zero inventory in hospital’s first level warehouse, standardization of the second level
warehouse, the meticulous and informationize procurement management. It greatly improves the efficiency of procurement and
distribution and clinical satisfaction, reduces the occupation of funds and personnel and reduces the cost of hospital management.
