Abstract:This paper introduced the system architecture, hardware and software design processes as well as the experimental verification process of a mercury thermometer centrifuge with ozone disinfection function. The centrifuge was composed of human-computer interface, system controller, automatic centrifugal device, automatic disinfection device and power management module. The mercury column of the thermometer can be dropped to the initial position rapidly and the ozone disinfection of the thermometer can be conducted automatically with the application of the centrifuge, thus, the working intensity of medical staff can be alleviated and the work efficiency of medical staff can be improved.
