Abstract：Objective To study standardized allocation of the material resources and explore a new management mode so as to promote the conversion of the medical universities from resources-deployed universities to resources-benefit ones. Methods All the material resources were classified into three categories according to their functions including administrative, teaching and research purposes. The standardized material resources allocation system was constructed based on the ideas of standardized allocation and integrated management. Results Standardized allocation of the material resources improved the deployment efficiency of the resources and intensified the service of assets management and allocation through application of the new management mode and continuous standardization of assets management. Conclusion Through application of the innovative management mode, material resources management is more efficient and brings greater benefits, thereby promoting the discipline construction and the conversion of the resources-deployed medical universities to a resources-benefit one, which ensures the increased assets and benefits management in the medical universities.
