Abstract：The patients clinical notification system is dependently designed on the basis of present solutions in the hospital so as to solve problems including the inequity of medical information between the patients and the physicians and patients' inaccessibility to the right of informed consent. The system is suitable for the hospital and could provide various information to patients so as to make patients treated clearly with less concerns, which minimizes the conflicts between doctors and patients.
