Abstract:Objective The measurement method of T2 relaxation time on MRI makes the quantitative analysis on diagnosis of lesions simpler. Methods This paper intends to make use of Matlab calculations based on the T2 math expression characteristics, deal with measured data by single and double exponential curve fitting method, the method of least squares, and make compared study of the methods. Results After Origin 9.0 software evaluation, double exponential curve fitting method is considered to be the smallest, stable; the method of least squares bigger; single exponential curve fitting method the biggest. But the method of least squares and single exponential curve fitting method are faster. Conclusion All of the three methods could detect the value of T2 relaxation time on MRI.
