Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of SCL-001 ultrasonic pulse conductance instrument in acute lumbar disc herniation. Methods 70 patients with acute lumbar disc herniation were devided into observation group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases). Patients in observation group were treated with SCL-001 ultrasonic pulse conductance instrument while patients in control group were treated with conventional methods. Evaluating painful conditions of all patients before treatment and 1 d, 7 d and 14 d after treatment with visual analogue scale. Evaluating functional status of lumbar before treatment and after treatment with treatment rating scale for lumbar diseases. Results The signs of all patients have been improved obviously. The onset time of observation group was much shorter than that of control group and the pain relief degree of observation group was much higher than that of control group. The cure rate, effective rate, average improvement index and average improvement rate of observation group were much better than those of control group. Conclusion The pain time and pain intensity of patients with acute lumbar disc herniation were effectively relieved with the application of SCL-001 ultrasonic pulse conductance instrument, which showed that the instrument had great clinical value.
