Abstract:In order to improve the service quality of medical device manufacturers and the service standards of medical devices industry, a survey of medical equipment service quality satisfaction had been carried out by Medical Engineering Society of Chinese Medical Association and Journal Press of China Medical Devices since 2010. This paper reviews the investigation of Anhui province in 2013, especially discusses the methods of improving the results reliability of large-scale sample survey, such as questionnaire design, survey methods, weight setting and data scrubbing.
