Abstract:This paper took the Luwan Branch of Ruijin Hospital as a good example for its successful practice of the patient-friendly medical service system by integration of the up-to-date information technology and medical personnel’s services via the informatization platform. As a consequence, the system has made medical attention accessible to patients in a more scientific and orderly way, greatly boosting the serviceability and service quality of the hospital.
