Abstract：Objective To optimize the configuration scheme of monitors which had the function of monitoring invasive blood pressure in inpatient department of a 3A grade hospital. Methods The usage of the monitoring function in each department was statistically analyzed. Lease records of medical equipment in leasing center were also analyzed. Results A schedule for reconfiguration of monitors was formulated according to relevant usage records in 2012. Conclusion The research on usage records of monitors is helpful to improve the efficiency of the monitors and reduce the cost reasonably.
