Abstract:Objective Research on distribution characteristics of radiation dose in standing areas during cardiovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment, and ankle radiation dose of single operation patient in different cardiovascular intervention was done to provide evidence for radiation protection of surgeon. Methods By respectively measuring radiation dose of test points in surgeon standing areas and ankle part in different cardiovascular intervention with scattered radiation measuring instrument and personal dosimeter, the data was obtained and then was analyzed with statistical software. Results Dose distribution curve was drew with radiation dose monitoring data of surgeon standing areas in preparatory condition and ankle part in different cardiovascular intervention. Conclusion Ankle radiation dose in different cardiovascular intervention has diversified levels. Radiation dose distribution in surgeon standing areas shows certain characteristic, according to which we could strengthen radiation protection, do radiation protection optimally.
