Abstract：Through analysis of the old and new management models of material supply chains and logistics in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, this paper pointed out it had been an inevitable tendency for development of the logistics management in the information age to change the traditional logistics model, optimize the logistics management system and implement the integrated logistics management model. Additionally, it also served as a development concept to reduce the costs and strengthen the all-round competitiveness for the hospital.
