Abstract:Performance appraisal was of great significance to improve the management level for the hospital and the departments. In view of the deficiencies in the present performance appraisal indicator system, this paper exemplified Guang’anmen Hospital for its successful establishment of a performance appraisal system through the network information platform to meet the needs of management and departments appraisal for hospital leaders and relevant departments.
