Abstract:Objective Digital PET detector and regularized reconstruction algorithm are the innovations of PET/CT in hardware
and software algorithms. In order to study the changes in image quality of digital PET/CT with regularized reconstruction.
Methods Through the IEC model and the FDG uptake lesions, contrast recovery coefficient and relative signal-to-noise
ratio were calculated. Results After regularized reconstruction, the contrast recovery coefficient of the 10 mm sphere in the IEC
model was as high as 68%, and the relative signal-to-noise ratio of the FDG increased range was improved. The scatter plot was
drawn according to the improvement degree of the diameter of the increased range and the image quality, and the Pearson correlation
coefficient was -0.35. Conclusion Digital PET/CT regularized reconstruction improves the image quality. The smaller the diameter
of the lesion, the better the image quality.
