Abstract:This paper introduces a multi-channel meridian impedance detector applied for 3D meridian positioning. Designed by the four-electrode method considering low impedance of the meridian, this detector consists of some modules including a signal generator, a voltage-controlled current source, isolation amplifiers, amplitude detectors, A/D acquisitions, and some data processing modules. Then with application of this new device, meridian position is determined with multiple medium and low resistance channels, 3D positioning accuracy has been verified by experiments.
